So ladies and gents it’s official. I am back on the saddle en route to my next destination. Moshi, Tanzania….with a long ass layover in Doha, Qatar. I’m heading to Tanzania to tutor kids at an orphanage, teach English and Business Development to women, and visit locals suffering from HIV/AIDS.
At this very second I’m at JFK sitting in the terminal lounge. Some weird and unstable looking guy keeps circling my table like a hungry shark. I will admit that I wasn’t exactly prepared to go back on the road. I mean I had all of my accommodations and flights in order a long time ago but mentally I was somewhere else. That was until I zipped that last zipper on my backpack and did a hand clap and cheer like I was in a huddle on the football field. My mind automatically went back in to mission mode and I was ready to rock and roll and get the hell out of dodge. It was indeed bitter sweet. Leaving behind my grandpa who I didn’t get to see before I left, my handsome little brother, and a certain someone else made things a little difficult but I’m on a mission. And I’ll be back….MUHAHAHAHAHAHA. <— I thought I’d add that sinister laugh because Halloween is coming up 
Anyway, I kicked Part 2 of my journey off by jumping face first out of an airplane. No….seriously. I will admit that in the first three milliseconds my vagina was nearly in the back of my throat but things calmed down right after that. One word to describe this experience….DOPE!!!!! You should just see the look on peoples face when you tell them you’re about to go skydiving alone. It’s a cross between “This bitch is crazy” and “Oh Lord this is the last time I’m going to see this poor child alive”. Hilariousness at it’s best. The link to the video is below.

I finally got around to uploading MOST of my photos to Flickr. Thanks to my mothers speedy internet connection it took me 2 days to upload most of the photos. Being the impatient person that I am I just gave up. I’ll upload photos from Vietnam later. To view the rest you can click on “The Destinations” link at the top right of this page. Last thing….I’m going to be in some remote area of Moshi for the next few months and they don’t have internet where I will be staying (gasp!). I plan to go in to town once a week to upload posts and keep you all abreast of what’s going on. Since I’m sure the connection will be slow as molasses it may be a while before I can successfully upload an abundance of photos but I’ll try to upload at least one each week.

Hey mama, I got to see your skydiving adventure and that definitely makes me want to go even more! I was suppose to go skydiving a few years ago but I found out I was pregnant so I couldn’t go. I’m adding it to my list of things to do:-) Take care and I can’t wait to hear about your next adventure. Always in my prayers, love you!
Go Go Go!! There is no way to describe the whole experience. It’s a pot full of emotions in a matter of minutes.

HELLLLL YEAHHHH!!! Girl I wish you would have told me you were going sky diving. I’ve been before and wanted to go again, but no one will go with me. I would have came up there to go with you! Anywho, i’ve finally had some time to “sat down” (I have been running around like a crazy woman lately) to catch up on some things. Right now i’m sitting under the dryer. So you are in Africa, now…NICE. I know you will do great things for those kids and they will LOVE YOU! It’s going to be hard for you to leave there, I bet. Well i’m dry now but when I get some more time I will catch up on the rest of your adventure. DEFINE YOUR HAPPY, GIRL!! MUAH!

Don’t threaten me with a good time! I’m actually about to drop my retirement papers in February, so I will be saying so long to the Air Force Feb 2014. If the timing is right I will definately be able to meet you out there. Love you more, chica!
